From the hag and hungry goblin
That into rags would rend ye,
All the sprites that stand by the naked man
In the book of moons, defend ye.

The man known as Tom O'Bedlam wasn't born to that name, but it's all he'll answer to anymore. They'll tell you he's absolutely mad, rambling off long speeches to thin air and offering gifts to the spirits. They're wrong, though. A seer who sees what most people can't, Tom acts as bridge between this world and its spiritual shadow. Someone has to keep the peace, and Tom has nothing to lose.

Arcana-verse: Tom O'Bedlam is the latest in a line of shamans to bear the Arcanum of the Hermit. He sees and can interact with spirits, and arguably does that better than dealing with humans. Homeless, raving, only the other Arcana can sense what lies beneath the surface.
